What is my payment status?

Upon submitting your withdrawal request here is how you can access your request status:

Step 1: Login into your account 

Step 2: click on your avatar

Step 3: Navigate to the "History" tab

Step 4: 1: Click on the "Withdrawals". 2: If you wish to apply date filters to your search, select the "From Date" and the "To Date", then click on "Change Date Range" button

Here is the interpretation of your status:

• Pending means player's ID is verified and the request is going through the Auditing and Processing timeframes (based on player class). 
• Completed means that the money has been sent out to the player.
