How can I update my account information?

Did you recently move or make a mistake when registering your account?

Don’t worry—you can easily update your account information. Just log in and click on the purple profile avatar at the top right corner of the site. 

If you need to update your name: please send a government-issued ID to faxback@duckyluck.ag and indicate that you would like to change the name on your account.

• When the page displays “My Profile”, click on “Settings” in the drop-down menu.

• Click “Profile Settings” to launch the “My Details” page.

• Update or change the necessary account information, then click “save” (top right of the page).

You’re all set!

The update will apply immediately.
