How can I change my password?

If you know your current password and wish to change it, simply login to your account with your username and current password.

• Click your profile avatar (purple circle at the top).

• Click “settings” in the drop-down menu.

   





• Select "Change Password".

• Enter your current password, then your new password 2 times.

• Click "Change Password" to complete the request.

If you do not remember your existing password, click "Login".

• Click "Password Recovery".

• Enter your email address associated with your account.

• Click "Submit".

• Check your email for our "New Password" email. In this email you will find your temporary password. If you haven’t received the email, please check your junk/spam or promotional inbox.




• Go back to the website and click “Log In”. Enter your username and the temporary password that was provided to you in the email.

• Click “Log In”, use the instructions above to reset your password to something that is personal and secure to you.
