How to validate my identity manually?

If you are required to verify your identity manually, you will need to send the documents via email.

The email 📧 you will need to submit the documents is: faxback@duckyluck.ag 

You will need to send 🖻:

• Front and back of government issue ID, plus a selfie holding it (driver license, passport, etc…)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 2 months)
• Additional information may be required

The verification process takes approximately 3 business days to complete and once approved, an email will be sent to your email address on file.
If you submit an ID validation prior to requesting a withdrawal please note that the process will take substantially longer.
