How do I verify my identity online?

Online ID and Liveness Verification 

Upon requesting your first withdrawal, based on parameters set by the system, you might need to complete the automated ID verification process. 

To ensure a smooth experience with our ID verification, follow these tips:

• Have your ID ready: Select a valid, government-issued ID that has a clear photo of you (passport, driver's license, etc.).
• Good lighting: Find a well-lit area without harsh shadows on your face. Avoid backlighting, as it can obscure your features.
• Clear background: Choose a simple background free of distractions or other people in the frame.
• Center your face: Position yourself so that your head and shoulders are fully visible within the camera frame.
• Follow instructions closely: Pay attention to the specific actions requested during the liveness detection (e.g., smile, tilt head). Perform them naturally and without rushing.
• Stable internet connection: Make sure your internet connection is reliable to avoid interruptions during the process.

• Browser Permissions: Check to ensure that your browser has been granted access to your devices’ camera.
• Be prepared to retry: Sometimes retakes are necessary if lighting is poor or the software couldn't analyze your actions correctly. Stay calm and follow instructions. Please note that the system may ask you to submit your documents via email if it is unable to effectively verify you during liveness.

Step 2: You will need to select the ID of your choice to validate your identity:

You will be required to hold the chosen document within the on-screen frame. Make sure to prepare your document before starting and that it’s clear to avoid any issues.

The system will automatically begin the capturing process. 

Note: Please make sure that you give access to your camera to allow the process to work

Step 3: Liveness validation

Once the documentation phase has been completed, the system will start the Liveness Verification. It will require you to take a selfie. 

Once the verification is complete, you will be directed to the cashier to select your preferred withdrawal method. 

Please note: The withdrawal will now be in queue for a review audit by our Withdrawal Team prior to being submitted for Processing.
