If you're not seeing any promotions in your cashier, it's possible that your account has been identified for one of a few reasons:
You have a duplicate account (as per our Terms and Conditions, only 1 account per household is permitted).
You reside in a country that does not qualify for promotions.
Your account is in good standing, but you have been classified as a skillful player, and therefore go beyond the "casual" player who requires promotions to help with a win - you don't!
